While visiting friends near Groveland Ca., my wife and I experienced difficulties finding a place to stay at reasonable rate. Luckily for us, I booked a two night stay with the Buck Meadows Lodge. Pleasantly surprised....yes! Modern and updated rooms, at half the price. Having a very good restaurant attached to the motel complex was another plus. Yes I would book again.
